• Where are the sweets made?

  All sweets in our gift sets are produced in Ukraine at powerful production plants. We carefully select the best producers to offer you high-quality and authentic tastes that convey the true traditions of Ukrainian sweets.

• What sweets are included in the set?

  Each set includes a variety of traditional Ukrainian sweets such as chocolates, caramels, waffles, snacks, tea and much more. The composition may vary slightly depending on the specific set, but we always select only the most delicious and high-quality treats!

• What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

  We carefully package every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your kit does arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Send a photo of the damaged packaging and contents, and we will definitely find a solution — we will offer a replacement or compensation. Your satisfaction comes first for us!

• Do you have vegan/gluten-free/diet options?

  We do not currently have any special vegan, gluten-free or diet kits available. However, we are constantly working to expand our range, and perhaps such options will appear in the future. Stay tuned for updates, and if you have any special requests, write to us — we will try to find a suitable option for you!

• Which US cities do you deliver to?

  We deliver orders throughout the USA — to any city where our postal carrier delivers. If you have any doubts about your address, just contact us and we will clarify the possibility of delivery!
